[SHORTDESCRIPTION]


UltraSeal Flex25 is a one-component, silane-modified polymer-based sealant designed to act as a bond breaker for Kerakoll and Keratrade membranes. It cures by reacting with moisture, transforming into a soft, elastic material. The skin formation and curing time are influenced by temperature, humidity, and joint depth. Higher temperatures and moisture levels accelerate curing, while lower temperatures and humidity slow the process.
Free from solvents, isocyanates, silicones, and PVC, UltraSeal Flex25 offers excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and is compatible with most paint systems. It provides strong UV resistance, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

  • Low modulus (±25% joint movement)
